Doug's Dad - the Engineer & Techno-Geek - comments on his son's worthy & lofty educational goals.
Good News!

Doug is not starving at college!
With his new accomodations, he's living large and eating well. He's packing his own lunch, making his own dinners, and sticking to a healthy diet. (That's his story, and he's sticking to it.)

Goofing around with the cat...
Doug has been driving Old Blue to school!
Quite a time-saver in the morning, and a pretty cool ride, even without power steering! Kristy likes it, too. The saxaphone can be a bit cumbersome and having to match Dad's schedule with the kids' each morning is easier if we take separate vehicles.
Still to do:
- Repair Lock Cylinders (difficult door and iginition keys)
- Tailgate (don't want to drop the saxaphone on the way to school
- Bed cover (left over from the Dodge :o)
- Dash board (turn indicator lights and hi-beam indicator are temporarily installed)
- Paint that thing! (Maybe a two-tone red and yellow, or blue and silver)
