Alaska Fish-Fry, Bake, BB-Q, and Smoke
Terri had a TDY (temporary duty) trip to Alaska this past fall and, since the sun was up nearly 20 hours a day, she managed to get in a little "combat fishing."
The fish, while not exactly jumping onto bank, were plentiful and everyone pretty much caught their limit. In Alaska, the limit is a daily limit. Unlike colorado's bag and possession limit, your fish count starts over at midnight - so if you time your evening fishing trip right, you can double up your catch!
Alaska Salmon - wow, is that red! - And Big. The pan that the fish measures 12x18 inches.
Hallibut!
