Mr. Goodbars (From the kitchen of Gramma Taylor)

Fudge Brownie Base:

Mix all ingredients very well, pour into a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Test for doneness with a toothpick.

After baking, turn off the oven, cover the brownies with a layer of mini-marshmallows, and place in the hot oven until the marshmallows are very puffy and soft.

Chocolate Glaze:

Combine ingredients, heating as necessary so that it flows easily over the edge of the bowl. Pour in wide sheets over the marshmallows. Do not try to spread the glaze... the marshmallows will be too sticky.
