Pork Chops with Caramelized Onions From the kitchen of Big Andy!

Combine pork chops and flour in a heavy-duty, zip top plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat.

Heat non-stick skillet until hot, add oil. Add pork chops, and cook 6 min on each side or until done. Remove and keep warm.

Add onion to pan. Cook over medium heat 5 min or until tender. Add vinegar; cook 1 min stirring constantly. Sprinkle with brown sugar; cook 1 min, stirring constantly. To serve, spoon onion mixture evenly over pork chops.

Serves 4.
