Pork Loin, cut into 2-inch steaks, pounded to ¾-inch thick.

Marinate pork lions for 24 to 48 hours* in:

Grill over medium coals for approximately 10 minutes per side, until done.

Server on hard rolls with mustard, and salad.

Can be frozen (in marinade) for several months.
